Privacy notice
How the development workspace handles participant and task data.
Scope
This notice applies to the current SimReal development and trial workspace. Data-processing arrangements will be specified for the actual deployment before formal external collection begins.
Information stored
Accounts store a display name, email, password hash, and voluntarily supplied professional background. With consent, tasks record actions, rationales, states, timing, final answers, and review decisions.
Recording boundaries
The recorder captures only in-platform actions and actively submitted content. Do not enter real customer, student, payment, or employer-confidential information into synthetic tasks.
Access
Participants can view and export their own tasks. Reviewers can inspect submitted tasks for quality review. Administrator exports include only approved participant accounts with accepted task records.
Access and deletion requests
Retention periods and agreements for formal collection are still to be determined. Contact business@simreal.co to request access or deletion. This development notice is not a signed data-processing agreement.
